This is the current planned route but is subject to some change, particularly from the 3rd to the 6th of September. We now want to avoid the A38 and walk along the South Devon coast. This has added a half days walking and thus where an earlier day's walk was short relatively short it has had to be extended. This has meant we will be finishing day 2 at Lostwithiel and not St Austell, with a knock-on effect thereafter.

We will have our support vehicle with us and can travel back or forward for any evening activities or accommodation.

Monday 1st September - Helston to Truro A394/A39

Tuesday 2nd September - Truro to Lostwithiel via St Austell A390

Wednesday 3rd September - Lostwithiel to Trerulefoot via Liskeard A390 /A38

Thursday 4th September - Trerulefoot to Ivybridge. On A38 to Plymouth, then various B roads to Ivybridge

Friday 5th September - Ivybridge to Ipplepen ( you will need a large scale map!) via Totnes. Using various B roads

Saturday 6th September - Ipplepen to Topsham via Dawlish. B roads, A 379 and Cycle path along River Exe Estuary

Sunday 7th September - Topsham to Honiton via Ottery St Mary (avoiding A 303)

Monday 8th September - Honiton to Chard A30

Tuesday 9th September - Chard to Yeovil A30

Wednesday 10th September - Yeovil to Shaftesbury A 30

Thursday 11th September - Shaftesbury to Salisbury A30

Friday 12th September - Salisbury to Winchester via Stockbridge A30/B3049

Saturday 13th September - Winchester to Alton A31
